Having spoken with many business leaders and worked on numerous client campaigns it's apparent that many businesses struggle to translate their sales strategy into commercial activity and consequently sales revenue. That's if they have a sales strategy at all.

It's for that reason I have developed a RevGen Growth programme to provide some structure for businesses to develop a sales strategy to meet their specific requirements and create a plan for its implementation.
